Now that you have decided to list your home with John Carris & Team the next step would be to fill out the Seller's Disclosure Packet.  For your convenience we have provided a link in order for you to download the Disclosure Packet at your home.

It is imperative that we receive the Disclosure Packet filled out completely by you within 48 hours.  Please read over each document carefully and make sure every section is filled out as completely as possible with all signatures and initials where indicated. 

After you are finished completing the Seller's Disclosure Packet you may either 1.) Mail it to my Office  2.) Drop it off at our Office  3.) Or have a Messenger from our Office pick them up from your Home.
